Rental Conditions

  • 1. Driver Requirements:
    Drivers must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid UAE or international driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
  • 2. Rental Rates:
    Our rental prices include maintenance and third-party insurance within UAE legal limits. Please note, 05% VAT and fuel costs,salik are not included.
  • 3. Minimum Rental Period:
    The minimum rental period is 72 hours, and any delays over 3 hours will incur a full-day charge.
  • 4. Delivery and Pick-Up:
    We offer free vehicle delivery within Dubai. Deliveries to other locations are charged.
  • 5. Payment Terms:
    Payments are collected upfront, and a deposit via credit card is required at the time of booking.
  • 6.Traffic Violations:
    Renters are responsible for any traffic fines or toll charges incurred during the rental period.
